Dispatcher - Commercial Trades MCS 23 To 30 (USD) Hourly United States, Arizona, Tempe Jun 10, 2026

We are seeking a Commercial Dispatcher to support our Commercial trades by managing work orders from start to finish including scheduling, status updates, and invoicing. This role plays a key part in ensuring seamless project execution, maintaining accurate documentation, and facilitating clear communication between clients, field teams, and internal stakeholders. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail oriented, and committed to delivering exceptional customer service while supporting the operational success of the division.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Coordinate and Dispatch Technicians to include HVAC, Plumbing, and GC Techs to complete work orders, including dispatching technicians, scheduling cranes, material and equipment deliveries, scheduling site visits, managing change orders, tracking project progress, documenting detailed notes, and ensuring timely billing.
Ensuring our Technicians are always dispatched first before any subcontractor
Maintain and track compliance documentation, licenses, permits, and certifications for MCS/TKM/CSM and third-party Vendors
Conduct cadenced touch bases with clients to review outstanding items, performance, and areas of improvement
Ensure all billings for work orders are invoiced and billed as required
Responsible for ensuring the office runs smoothly each day, including: phone systems, mail, office supplies, and occasional errands
Maintain the office condition and arrange repairs as needed
Coordinate with IT to ensure all necessary office equipment is ready for current and new employees
Schedule meetings and provide general support to office visitors
Perform other duties as required to support business needs.

Education and Experience:
Experience Preferred:
2-3 years of experience in commercial mechanical/construction dispatching
