PM What You'll Do:
Provide customer service to staff, visitors, and/or vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities within a financial institution location. Monitor phones, radios, alarms, cameras, and/or other communication systems to receive calls for service, document activity, and dispatch personnel in a calm, problem-solving manner. Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and/or critical situations by gathering details, relaying information to appropriate personnel, and supporting timely security-related communications. Maintain accurate logs, incident reports, and dispatch records, including tracking officer status, service requests, and key events throughout the shift. Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter as needed, while supporting access-related activity and observing for conditions that may require follow-up.
Minimum Requirements:
Have at least 1 year of security-related experience. Be at least 21 years of age. Access control and badge experience is preferred. Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred. Customer service experience is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
