Job Description
We're looking for a highly organized, detail-driven dispatcher who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can keep technicians moving efficiently throughout the day. If you can multitask, think ahead, and communicate clearly under pressure—this is the role for you.
What You'll Do:
Own the scheduling and dispatching of HVAC & plumbing service calls Optimize technician routes to maximize productivity Communicate with customers and provide real-time updates Keep jobs on track and adjust schedules as neededWhat We're Looking For:
Strong multitasker who performs well under pressure Excellent communication and problem-solving skills Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Dispatching or service industry experience preferredBonus Points:
Experience with ServiceTitan, Housecall Pro, or similar HVAC or plumbing knowledgePay:
