Full-Time We're growing fast, and we're looking for a dispatcher who shows up batteries-included. Someone who doesn't wait to be told what to do, but jumps in and keeps customers moving forward. If you enjoy helping people, keeping the day organized, and solving problems on the fly, you'll fit right in. Responsibilities Dispatch service calls in our CRM (ServiceTitan experience is a plus, but not required) Coordinate with technicians to keep routes efficient and customers updated Follow up on open jobs, delays, or reschedules Document notes accurately and quickly Handle evening and weekend call flow with confidence Support the team with problem-solving when schedules get tight or emergencies pop up Who You Are You bring your own energy. You don't need babysitting. You stay calm when things get busy. You can organize chaos. You communicate clearly and directly. You care about the customer's experience and go the extra 1 percent to make it easy for them. You can think on your feet and make decisions with limited info. You're reliable, consistent, and willing to work evenings/weekends. Experience in dispatch, call centers, trades, or fast-paced customer service is a big plus.
