Route Planning & Dispatching Proficiently operate relevant software (OptimoRoute) and the company's internal CU System to conduct daily route planning and vehicle dispatching efficiently. Be responsible for dispatching truck drivers within the designated regions, ensuring timely and orderly transportation arrangements. Proactively contact consignees via phone, text message, or email to confirm and coordinate delivery schedules, ensuring alignment with all parties. Dynamically and reasonably adjust and optimize delivery routes in real time based on communication results with consignees and on-site conditions. II. Pickup & Documentation Management Issue and manage Bills of Lading (BOLs) accurately, and distribute them to suppliers and warehouses in a timely manner to ensure smooth pickup and delivery processes. Coordinate with suppliers to schedule specific pickup times, and closely track loading progress and any abnormal incidents in real time, providing timely feedback and follow-up. III. In-transit Monitoring & Coordination Monitor the real-time locations and delivery statuses of all assigned vehicles 24/7 to ensure full visibility of the transportation process. Serve as the central information hub, maintaining proactive communication with suppliers, drivers, and consignees to coordinate and resolve various emergency issues that may arise during transportation promptly. IV. Problem Shipment Handling & Liability Determination Respond to and address problematic shipments during transportation (e.g., delays, cargo damage) in a timely and effective manner to minimize impact. Communicate with relevant parties (including suppliers and consignees) to investigate the root causes of issues and clarify liability responsibilities. Collaborate with suppliers to adjust delivery strategies based on actual circumstances, ensuring problems are resolved efficiently and effectively. V. Customer Service & Value-added Coordination Proactively confirm with consignees whether additional services are required, such as address changes, unloading assistance, and inside delivery. Inquire about quotes for additional services from suppliers, negotiate favorable terms, and synchronize the final quotes and arrangements with domestic colleagues in a timely manner. Coordinate and fulfill special customer requests, including priority delivery and customized appointment arrangements, to enhance customer satisfaction. VI. Cost Control & Analysis Evaluate transportation costs and conduct comparative analyses with truck drivers' quotes to ensure cost-effectiveness and rational use of resources. When arranging vehicles, fully consider the destination's unloading capacity based on cargo conditions—such as road accessibility and the consignee's unloading capability—to avoid unnecessary additional expenses or delivery delays. Qualifications Relevant work experience in the logistics or transportation field, with proficient English skills sufficient for professional communication (both written and verbal). Excellent communication and coordination skills, with strong adaptability and ability to work under pressure. Preferred Qualifications Prior experience in truck dispatching is highly preferred. Familiarity with local U.S. transportation regulations (e.g., 49 CFR) and common delivery models is an advantage.
