Job Description
Extreme Delivery Services, LLC is seeking for a highly motivated leader to oversee the day-to-day operations of a Delivery Service Partner of Amazon. We are looking for a leader to oversee all staff, budgets and operations. To be successful in this role, you should be a thoughtful leader, with effective communication skills, and a confident decision-maker, helping our drivers develop and be productive, while ensuring safety and performance operational procedures are maintained as our #1 priority. Responsibilities Oversee day-to-day operations Oversee 30+ drivers on a day-to day basis Design strategy and set goals for growth Maintain budgets and optimize expenses Set policies and processes Ensure employees work safely, productively and develop professionally Oversee recruitment and training of new employees Evaluate and improve operations and financial performance Direct the employee assessment process Prepare regular reports Ensure staff follows health and safety regulations Provide solutions to issues (e.g. route reduction, employee performance, training) Occasionally, will deliver packages on an amazon branded van
