- $24 an hour 6 hours ago Qualifications Mandarin Computer operation Computer literacy Dispatching Desktop applications Patience Mobile devices Full Job Description We are a well-established trucking company in the Inland Empire area hiring a full-time bilingual dispatcher (Mandarin & English).
Key Responsibilities:
- Contact freight brokers to book loads
- Dispatch drivers and coordinate pickup/delivery times
- Track driver progress throughout the route
- Communicate and resolve driver issues quickly and clearly
- Use WeChat, phone, and email to stay connected with team
Work Hours:
- 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM, Monday-Friday (on-site)
- After hours and weekends: required to check company WeChat and email occasionally, and respond if needed (remote only)
Requirements:
- Fluent in
- Mandarin (Chinese)
- and English, spoken and written
- Reliable, responsive, and calm under pressure
- Able to use smartphone apps and basic computer functions
- Dispatch experience is a plus, but not required
Compensation:
- Based on ability and performance
- Performance-based raise after training
- Long-term stable position with room to grow
