Job Description

We are looking for Logistics & Transportation Coordinator to manage and optimize our daily shipping operations. You must have experience with the use of technology and software, and be able to learn new sets of skills efficiently and adapt to the job requirements.
Your core responsibilities will include:
Executing accurate data entry within our transportation management system (TMS) and other dedicated software. Processing and maintaining EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) transactions. Managing the dispatch process , coordinating with drivers and carriers. Monitoring and updating online tracking to ensure real-time visibility. Proactively communicating status updates and resolving issues with customers.
