Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and organized Dispatcher to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating daily operations, managing communication with clients and team members, and ensuring timely and efficient service delivery. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, excellent customer service abilities, and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. This position offers an engaging environment where attention to detail and effective communication are essential to success. Responsibilities Coordinate and schedule daily dispatch activities to ensure smooth operations. Communicate effectively with customers, drivers, and other team members via phone and electronic communication channels. Maintain accurate records of dispatch activities, schedules, and client interactions using Microsoft Office tools such as Word, Excel, or Outlook. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries promptly and professionally. Organize and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines and operational goals. Monitor ongoing operations to resolve any issues that may arise during the day-to-day dispatch process. Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow and improve service efficiency. Experience Proven experience in a customer service role or dispatching position is preferred. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications is required. Excellent phone communication skills are essential for effective interaction with clients and team members. Demonstrated organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Prior experience in a fast-paced environment is advantageous but not mandatory; training will be provided for the right candidate.
Pay:
$23.00 - $28.00 per hour
