Job Description
Key Responsibilities Act as the main point of contact for customers, handling inquiries, load updates, and service requests promptly and professionally. Schedule and dispatch drivers for pick-ups and deliveries to ensure timely and efficient service. Monitor driver locations, load progress, and delivery timelines using dispatch software. Proactively troubleshoot delays, route changes, or service issues, and communicate updates to customers and drivers. Maintain accurate, real-time records in dispatch and customer service systems. Work closely with operations to maximize fleet utilization, optimize schedules, and resolve conflicts. Assist with billing support by verifying and recording load information.
