We pride ourselves on quality, professionalism, and reliability. We are currently seeking a dedicated and organized Customer Service Representative/Dispatcher to join our team. This dynamic role requires a balance of customer service and dispatch responsibilities, ensuring smooth operations for both our HVAC and roofing services.
Key Responsibilities:
Answer and respond to customer inquiries related to HVAC and roofing services via phone, email, and other communication channels. Schedule and dispatch service appointments for HVAC and roofing technicians based on customer needs, priorities, and service availability. Provide customers with accurate information regarding services, pricing, and scheduling. Monitor the status of jobs, ensuring that technicians are dispatched on time and that any delays are communicated to customers. Manage and update service schedules and dispatch logs to ensure accurate records of all service requests. Collaborate with field technicians to ensure timely and efficient service delivery. Resolve customer complaints and issues with professionalism, aiming for customer satisfaction at all times. Maintain customer records and job details in our CRM system. Assist with administrative tasks related to customer service and dispatching for HVAC and roofing departments. Perform other duties as needed to support daily operations.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent. Additional certifications in customer service or logistics is a plus. Previous experience in customer service or dispatching, preferably within the HVAC or roofing industry. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to provide clear and accurate information. Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with a keen attention to detail. Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with dispatching or CRM software is a plus. Ability to work efficiently under pressure, handle a high volume of calls, and prioritize tasks. Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-first mindset. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment. A positive, proactive attitude and a passion for delivering exceptional service. Spanish speaking (fluent) is preferred but not required. Why Join Us? Competitive salary and benefits package.
