Job Description

We are currently seeking a dedicated Scheduler/Dispatcher to join our growing team and support our mission. Salary range
- $19 to $20.
Position Overview:
- As a Scheduler/Dispatcher, you will play a crucial role in coordinating maintenance activities, optimizing schedules, and ensuring that our operations run seamlessly. You will work closely with our maintenance staff, clients, and vendors to manage appointments and resources effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain detailed schedules for maintenance tasks and projects.
- Coordinate and prioritize service requests to ensure timely completion.
- Communicate effectively with clients, technicians, and management to address scheduling needs and changes.
- Monitor and track progress on scheduled tasks, making adjustments as necessary.
- Maintain accurate records of scheduling activities and performance metrics.
- Collaborate with team members to improve scheduling processes and enhance efficiency.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred.
- Proven experience in scheduling, project management, or a related role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
