Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Dispatcher Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our growing team. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for customers while coordinating service requests, scheduling appointments, and dispatching technicians or drivers efficiently. The ideal candidate has excellent communication skills, strong multitasking abilities, and experience in a fast-paced customer service or dispatch environment.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle incoming customer calls, emails, and service requests professionally and efficiently.
  • Schedule, dispatch, and coordinate service technicians or drivers based on customer needs, urgency, and staff availability.
  • Maintain clear communication between customers, field personnel, and internal departments.
  • Monitor job status and provide real-time updates regarding service appointments and completion timelines.
  • Enter, update, and accurately track customer information, work orders, and service requests within dispatch and CRM systems.
  • Resolve customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly while maintaining a positive customer experience.
  • Coordinate scheduling changes, emergency requests, and service priorities as needed.
  • Assist with administrative duties, including filing, reporting, documentation, and data entry.
  • Ensure all customer interactions and dispatch records are documented accurately and in a timely manner.
Qualifications Required:
  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • 1-2 years of experience in dispatching, call center operations, customer service, customer support, or a related role.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, CRM software, dispatch management systems, and data entry.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills. Excellent interpersonal and customer service abilities.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize workload, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Preferred:
  • Experience coordinating field service technicians, drivers, or service teams.
  • Knowledge of scheduling software, logistics coordination, or service management platforms.
  • Ability to remain calm and professional during high-volume periods.
