Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Dispatcher to support plumbing service operations in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. This temp-to-hire opportunity is ideal for a well-rounded Dispatcher who enjoys coordinating technicians, managing service calls, communicating with customers, and keeping daily operations running smoothly. This role offers the chance to join a stable, team-oriented environment where strong communication, organization, and problem-solving are valued. The Dispatcher will work closely with field technicians, customers, and management in a role that is essential to service quality, response times, and overall customer satisfaction.   • Schedule and dispatch plumbing technicians for residential and commercial service calls.
  • Communicate with customers regarding appointments, service needs, arrival updates, and job status.
  • Coordinate technician routes and adjust schedules based on emergencies, delays, and changing priorities.
  • Answer incoming calls and provide professional, helpful customer service.
  • Track technician locations, job progress, completion times, and service updates.
  • Assist with work orders, estimates, invoices, and other administrative duties as needed.
