Job Description
Join Our Growing Transportation Team! We are looking for a motivated, organized, and detail-oriented Transportation Dispatcher to join our operations team. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy solving problems, and excel at coordinating drivers and deliveries, we'd love to hear from you! What You'll Do Dispatch and coordinate Class A drivers to ensure on-time pickups and deliveries. Monitor driver progress and provide real-time support throughout their routes. Communicate with drivers, customers, and operations to resolve scheduling issues quickly. Track loads and update dispatch systems with accurate information. Manage route changes, delays, and unexpected situations while maintaining excellent customer service. Ensure drivers comply with company policies, DOT regulations, and safety requirements. Maintain accurate records and complete daily operational reports. Work closely with the operations team to maximize efficiency and meet service goals. Qualifications Previous dispatching experience in transportation, trucking, logistics, or a related field preferred. Strong communication and problem-solving skills. Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment. Experience using dispatch software, GPS tracking, or transportation management systems is a plus. Proficient with Microsoft Office and computer applications. Ability to work independently while collaborating with a team.
