Job Description
Join a Growing Transportation Company Elite Executive Charter is seeking an experienced Transportation Dispatcher to join our growing operations team. This is a fast-paced leadership-focused dispatch position responsible for coordinating daily transportation operations, supporting professional drivers, and ensuring exceptional service for our clients. Key Responsibilities Dispatch and monitor charter bus and luxury transportation services in real time. Communicate with drivers, customers, and internal departments to ensure seamless operations. Monitor trip progress, delays, route changes, and service recovery. Maintain accurate dispatch records and driver documentation. Ensure compliance with FMCSA regulations, ELD requirements, and company policies. Assist drivers with operational issues while maintaining professionalism and accountability. Work closely with operations management to maximize fleet utilization and on-time performance. Handle customer concerns professionally and resolve issues efficiently. Qualifications Previous transportation dispatch experience (charter bus, school bus, motorcoach, limousine, trucking, or similar). Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Experience using dispatch software, GPS tracking, and telematics systems. Working knowledge of Hours of Service and ELD compliance. Ability to remain calm and make sound decisions under pressure. Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
