Duties Respond promptly to security alarms, incidents, or emergencies by coordinating appropriate actions and notifying relevant authorities. Dispatch security personnel efficiently to incident sites or areas requiring assistance, ensuring swift response times. Maintain clear and accurate communication with team members, emergency responders, and management through radio or phone channels. Document all security activities, incidents, and observations thoroughly through detailed report writing. Qualifications Strong communication skills with the ability to convey information clearly and calmly under pressure. Ability to write comprehensive reports accurately and efficiently following incidents or observations. Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive information discreetly while maintaining high levels of integrity. Basic understanding of loss prevention strategies and security protocols.
