ASI Hastings is seeking a detail-oriented Dispatcher to coordinate daily HVAC service calls for residential and commercial clients across the Hastings area. In this role, you will schedule and dispatch technicians, optimize routes, and communicate clearly with customers and field staff to ensure timely, safe, and efficient service. You'll update work orders in our software, track job status, and assist with parts, warranties, and follow-up visits. Working closely with our customer-first, safety-focused team, you'll help keep homes and businesses comfortable while supporting technicians with accurate information and responsive support.
