https://cloudcomforthvac.com/ Position Summary The HVAC Dispatcher is responsible for coordinating technician schedules, communicating with customers, monitoring appointment progress, and ensuring efficient daily operations. This position plays a key role in delivering an outstanding customer experience. Responsibilities Schedule and dispatch technicians for service and installation appointments. Communicate with customers regarding appointment times and updates. Monitor technician routes and daily schedules. Coordinate emergency service requests. Maintain accurate scheduling records. Work closely with service managers and technicians. Assist with inbound customer calls. Enter and update customer information in company software. Help maximize technician efficiency and productivity. Provide exceptional customer service. Qualifications Previous dispatching or scheduling experience preferred. HVAC, plumbing, electrical, or construction industry experience is a plus. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Comfortable using scheduling software and Microsoft Office. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Detail-oriented and dependable.
