Fuel Transportation Dispatcher Henner Tank Lines, Inc. | Vacaville, CA $75,000 $90,000/year DOE + Monthly Performance-Based Bonus 5 AM 5 PM | 4 Days On / 3 Days Off Schedule Employee-Owned Company Henner Tank Lines, Inc., a premier fuel carrier, is hiring a Fuel Transportation Dispatcher to join our operations team in Vacaville. In this role, youll coordinate routes, support drivers, and ensure safe, efficient, and on-time fuel deliveries. As an employee-owned company, your contributions matter and you share in our success. What Youll Do Assign loads to drivers, maximizing efficiency and minimizing deadhead miles. Manage schedules for high-volume accounts and adjust as needed. Handle driver and customer calls with professionalism. Enter and track loads in the dispatch system. Collaborate with team members during fast-paced shifts. What Were Looking For 1+ year of commercial trucking dispatch experience required. 2+ years of customer service experience preferred. Strong Microsoft Office skills; Adept at learning new systems Organized, calm under pressure, and customer-focused. Bay Area knowledge a plus.
