Dispatcher Pacific Mobile Diagnostics (PMD) Visalia, CA Job Details $18 an hour 21 hours ago Benefits Dental insurance 401(k) Paid time off Vision insurance Qualifications Customer communication Full Job Description Pacific Mobile Diagnostics (PMD) Pacific Mobile Diagnostics (PMD) is seeking a highly organized, detail‑oriented Dispatcher to coordinate mobile diagnostic services across California. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced environment, communicates clearly, and is passionate about supporting patient care. In this position, you will play a critical role in ensuring timely and accurate scheduling for our mobile technologists—directly impacting the quality and efficiency of care delivered to patients. Schedule Monday - Friday | 1:30 PM - 10:00 PM Key Responsibilities Manage and prioritize high‑volume incoming calls from patients, providers, and healthcare partners Provide professional, compassionate customer service with every interaction Schedule mobile diagnostic exams and optimize daily routes for technologists Accurately enter, verify, and update patient and client information in company systems Maintain organized records and ensure scheduling data integrity Collaborate with internal teams to support efficient dispatch operations and resolve scheduling challenges
Qualifications Required:
Previous experience in a healthcare setting (medical office, hospital, imaging center, home health, etc.)
Preferred:
Dispatching or scheduling experience, particularly in healthcare or service‑based environments Strong customer service skills with the ability to remain calm, professional, and solution‑focused under pressure Basic understanding of medical terminology Comfortable navigating multiple software systems and managing high call volumes Excellent attention to detail, time management, and problem‑solving abilities Team‑oriented mindset with a commitment to patient‑centered care
Compensation & Benefits Pay:
