This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced environment, communicates clearly, and is passionate about supporting patient care. In this position, you will play a critical role in ensuring timely and accurate scheduling for our mobile technologists—directly impacting the quality and efficiency of care delivered to patients. Schedule Monday - Friday | 1:30 PM - 10:00 PM Key Responsibilities Manage and prioritize high‑volume incoming calls from patients, providers, and healthcare partners Provide professional, compassionate customer service with every interaction Schedule mobile diagnostic exams and optimize daily routes for technologists Accurately enter, verify, and update patient and client information in company systems Maintain organized records and ensure scheduling data integrity Collaborate with internal teams to support efficient dispatch operations and resolve scheduling challenges
