Role Purpose

Coordinate wheelchair and cart services between the Client and employees. Ensures all data is recorded according to company

What you will be doing

Must be familiar with and abide by all Client/company regulations

Work with Client Special Services Representatives to ensure all requests for services are met.

Escalate issues to operations Manager Immediately.

Communicate and interact courteously and tactfully with fellow employees and passengers if necessary.

Maintain all service transactions in wheelchair tracking program (Watershed and Excel) format.

Receive and respond to telephone and radio calls from Client representatives and employees in a professional and timely manner.

Maintain and distribute tablets and radios.

Always complete the appropriate documentation and reports in thorough and timely manner.

Keep supervisor informed of needs and problems in assigned areas, maintain cleanliness of immediate work area and report maintenance needs.

Provide general information and directions to passengers.

Project a positive image and respond to inquiries from airlines, staff and public in a courteous manner.

Attend meetings and in services as required.

Utilize appropriate communications channels and maintain records, reports and files as required.

Must be attired in proper uniform or business attire as directed by company officials and identification must always be visible.

Adhere to company policies and procedures and participate in achievement of company objectives.

Utilize company and client equipment, supplies and resources in a conscientious, cost-effective manner.

Perform other duties as requested.

You will have a responsibility and duty whilst at work to take reasonable care of the health, safety and wellbeing of yourself and others in accordance with provided information, training, and workplace health and safety rules or procedures. What we are looking for:

Possess valid US drivers license with a clean driving record

1+ years of experience as a dispatcher Must be 18 years of age or older

Pass pre-employment drug screen and all pre-employment testing

Ability to proficiently read, write and speak English

Must be comfortable lifting 70lbs repetitively

Must be comfortable working in all weather conditions

Pass FBI background and obtain US Customs Seal

Must be available and flexible to work variable shifts including weekends and holidays

Must have high school diploma, GED or six months experience as an Operations Agent

Excellent communication skills required

Ability to remain calm and efficient under pressure

Competent in handling difficult situations

Pay:

$21.29 Hourly
