Pacific Mobile Diagnostics (PMD) is seeking a Dispatcher to operate out of our Denver Dispatch office. As a Dispatcher for PMD you will work in tandem with our team of Mobile Radiologic and Ultrasound Technologists to assure prompt, accurate and quality care to Seniors in communities throughout Colorado. This position ensures optimal care/treatment to our patient population. This is an on-site, in office position. Thorough training will be provided in our unique type of Dispatch and our easy to navigate systems. We hope you chose us for your next great career journey!

Minimum Qualifications:

• Ability to Multitask
• Detail oriented
• Phone etiquette is a must
• Must be computer literate and willing to learn our systems.
• Ability to prioritize calls based on urgency and importance
• In-depth understanding of the area where X-ray Techs and clients operate.
• 1-year experience (Preferred), but willing to train the right candidate.
• Medical Terminology knowledge and medical assisting experience (front desk) could be helpful.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Must demonstrate effective communication skills, writing and reading skills
• Receive and Dispatch X-ray orders
• Intake pertinent information about X-ray orders
• Schedule X-ray orders in our computer system
• Following up with clients to obtain missing information
• Proactively address problems and suggest solutions
• Assess situation and prioritize calls.

$19.00 - $23.00 per hour
