Life:

Our Dispatcher will manage daily operations, including forecasting future needs.

Responsibilities include:

Creating and optimizing route sequences Addressing customer and employee requests, concerns, and complaints promptly Maintaining safety standards per federal, state, and company policies Forecasting and communicating equipment needs Data entry and distribution Continuously improving route efficiencies through regular maintenance Qualifications Requirements The ideal candidate will have: Strong geographical knowledge Expertise in routing pick-up and delivery drivers and route drivers Ability to improve route efficiencies through daily adjustments Proficiency in Outlook, Excel, and other computer programs

Full-time, year-round work with OT opportunities Starting pay: $20/hour (paid weekly)

Schedule:

9:30am to 6pm Monday through Friday (some weekends) Office environment: Work environment is small-office & relaxed dress code Employer-paid medical, vision, and dental, discounted for family Paid time-off and 401k with company match On-the-job training and tuition reimbursement
