Weekly Pay (Every Friday) Job Overview We are currently hiring reliable Bilingual Dispatchers for a fast-paced warehouse environment in East Hartford, CT. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity with the potential for permanent placement after 480 hours worked. This is a hands-on role that combines dispatching duties with warehouse support. Shift Details Sunday - Saturday (schedule assigned)

Start Time:

5:00 AM until end of shift Must be available to work weekends Responsibilities Dispatch and track shipments using computer systems Communicate with drivers and team members Send emails and update shipment information Assist with loading/unloading trucks Move pallets and operate a hand pump jack Support daily warehouse operations as needed Requirements MUST be reliable with strong attendance Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred Basic computer skills (Excel, email, dispatch systems) Ability to lift and move pallets Experience with pallet jacks is a plus Team player with a strong work ethic Additional Information No interview required - start immediately No background check or drug test required E-Verify required
