AM What You'll Do:
Provide customer service to staff, visitors, and patients by carrying out site-specific procedures, answering calls, and supporting security-related communications for the location. Monitor radio, phone, and alarm activity, dispatch appropriate personnel to routine and urgent incidents, and relay updates in a calm, problem-solving manner. Document incidents, service calls, and critical events in dispatch logs and reports, maintaining accurate records of security-related activity throughout the shift. Support emergency response activities by coordinating communications with onsite personnel, management, and/or first responders based on established site protocols. Observe camera feeds and other reporting systems, help to identify unusual activity, and communicate relevant information to onsite teams for follow-up.
Minimum Requirements:
Have at least 1 year of security-related experience. Possession of a guard card or license is preferred. Access control and badge experience is preferred. Alarm panel experience is preferred. Customer service experience is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
