Dispatcher

We are seeking a motivated and dependable Dispatcher to join our growing logistics team. Dispatching experience is preferred, but we are willing to consider candidates with strong communication, multitasking, and problem-solving skills. This position is fast-paced and requires someone who can stay organized, negotiate effectively, and maintain strong communication with carriers and customers throughout the day. Pay Starting at $15/hour Pay based on experience Opportunity to earn additional commission through sales and business development Responsibilities Source and book carriers for freight shipments Negotiate rates and coordinate load coverage Communicate with carriers, drivers, and customers throughout the shipping process Track loads and proactively resolve issues Enter and manage shipment information accurately Build and maintain carrier and customer relationships Assist with securing new freight opportunities and growing accounts Help ensure on-time pickups and deliveries Requirements Experience preferred Strong communication and negotiation skills Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills Comfortable making outbound calls and building relationships Basic computer and data entry skills Must be flexible with nights and weekends as needed Reliable, professional, and self-motivated
