Job Description Titan Florida LLC has an excellent opportunity for a Ready Mix Concrete Dispatcher in our Deerfield Beach, FL office. This exempt position will report directly to the Customer Service Ready Mix Dispatch Manager. The Ready Mix Concrete Dispatcher is responsible coordinating daily dispatch operations across multiple ready-mix plants to ensure safe, efficient, and on-time delivery of concrete to customers.
  • Support daily dispatch operations across assigned plants/regions.
  • Ensure optimal scheduling and routing of drivers to maximize productivity and minimize downtime.
  • Monitor real-time order fulfillment and adjust dispatch plans as needed.
  • Oversee start-of-day planning and end-of-day reconciliation processes.
  • Manage driver wash-out decisions in coordination with system recommendations and operational needs.
  • Ensure effective communication of service alerts, plant issues, weather impacts, and jobsite delays.
