We are seeking an experienced, organized, and motivatedDispatcher / Shop Quality Control Coordinator to lead workflow and quality control at our busy service department. This position will be responsible for dispatching work, monitoring repair progress, performing road tests, and overseeing a team of 10-20 technicians. This is a leadership role within the service department and offers strong opportunity for growth and advancement within our organization. Key Responsibilities Dispatch repair orders to 10-20 technicians based on skill level and workload Monitor daily shop productivity and adjust workflow as needed Track repair progress to ensure timely and efficient completion Perform road tests to verify proper repairs and overall vehicle quality Conduct final quality control checks prior to vehicle delivery Maintain steady workflow to keep technicians productive Communicate effectively with service advisors, parts department, and management Ensure repairs meet dealership and manufacturer standards Qualifications Previous automotive shop or dealership experience preferred Strong understanding of automotive repair and diagnostic processes Leadership ability with experience managing or directing technicians Excellent organizational and multitasking skills Strong communication and problem-solving abilities Valid driver's license with a clean driving record What We Offer Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance Life insurance 401K retirement account Paid time off Competitive pay based on experience Positive and team-oriented work environment Stable, high-volume Jeep store Room for advancement and career growth within the dealership
