We are looking for an experienced, organized, and dependable HVAC Dispatcher to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator who can efficiently coordinate technicians, customers, and service calls while providing excellent customer service. Responsibilities

• Schedule and dispatch HVAC service and installation technicians
• Coordinate daily technician schedules and routes
• Answer incoming customer calls and assist with scheduling
• Communicate with technicians throughout the day
• Monitor service calls and keep customers updated on arrival times
• Handle emergency and priority service requests
• Maintain accurate customer and service records
• Coordinate parts, equipment, and job requirements with technicians
• Follow up on completed and pending service calls
• Work closely with management and the service department to keep operations running smoothly Qualifications
• HVAC dispatching and office experience preferred
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment
• Computer skills and familiarity with scheduling software preferred - Field Edge
• HVAC industry knowledge is a plus
• Reliable, punctual, and dependable
