Marine HVAC Service Coordinator Titan Marine Air is seeking a highly organized Service Coordinator to support our growing marine HVAC operations. The successful candidate will coordinate technicians, manage customer communication, and ensure smooth day-to-day service operations. Key Responsibilities

• Schedule and dispatch service technicians
• Coordinate customer appointments and follow-ups
• Manage service work orders and documentation
• Assist with parts coordination and logistics
• Maintain communication between customers and technicians
• Support invoicing and reporting processes Requirements
• Previous service coordination or dispatch experience
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Strong administrative abilities
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
