in Homestead Dispatching workers to various job locations Creating/Updating work orders Cutting and assigning tickets to employees Sending/Answering emails to clients/sales reps Assisting customers, sales reps, and workers with any inquiries Answering multi-line phone calls Data Entry Attention to Detail Paying tickets worked each day upon workers return from sites Assist as needed

Requirements :

Must be able to pass a Background Check Must be bilingual in English and Spanish Must be able to pass a Drug Screen Must be okay with working the split shift hours Monday- Friday and Saturdays. Must be able to work in a fast paced environment.

Shift :

Monday - Friday ( alternating weekends ) Split shift: 4am-8:30am 2pm-6:30pm Overtime available
