Your job in a nutshell: Ensure all planning activities comply with Sarens' SHEQ standards and local legislation. Motivate and coach teams to work safely and efficiently. Optimize planning of operators, equipment, transport, and travel based on project needs. Act as the first point of contact for operators, riggers, and drivers, ensuring clear communication. Handle resource rentals and manage invoices and purchase orders according to guidelines. Monitor worksheet flow and maintain accurate registration of equipment. Approve leave requests and manage absence according to local procedures. Participate in departmental meetings and support continuous improvement initiatives. Report to the Planning Supervisor and collaborate with the local management team.•

You are organized, proactive, and thrive in a role where precision and communication matter. You combine planning expertise with strong people skills, and you're committed to safety and operational excellence.
Required:
Experience in planning or coordination within industrial or heavy equipment sectors. Strong organizational and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines. Familiarity with SHEQ standards and compliance requirements. Basic knowledge of budgeting and procurement processes.
Preferred:
Experience with ERP systems and planning tools. Exposure to Lean principles and continuous improvement.•
