PM What You'll Do:
Provide customer service to visitors, staff, contractors, and public agency representatives by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, policies, and emergency response activities at a public museum location.
Operate dispatch communications systems to receive, document, prioritize, and relay security-related calls, alarms, service requests, and incident information to appropriate personnel.
Maintain accurate activity logs, incident records, and dispatch documentation in accordance with site procedures and applicable government facility requirements.
Monitor security-related systems, cameras, access points, and communications equipment; report unusual conditions, equipment issues, and policy concerns to site leadership.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, coordinating communications with on-site personnel and emergency responders as directed.
Minimum Requirements:
Alarm panel experience is preferred.
Access control and badge experience is preferred.
Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
Possession of a guard card or license is preferred.
Customer service experience is preferred.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
