This is a fast-paced position requiring constant communication between field employees, supervisors, project managers, suppliers, and the office. The ideal candidate must be comfortable making quick decisions, adjusting schedules, and solving problems throughout the day. Responsibilities Coordinate and dispatch construction crews to multiple job sites. Prepare and communicate daily and weekly crew schedules. Track employee and crew assignments throughout the day. Communicate schedule changes, priorities, delays, and job requirements to field personnel. Handle a high volume of phone calls and messages from crews, supervisors, vendors, and management. Respond quickly to call-outs, emergencies, delays, and last-minute schedule changes. Coordinate material and equipment deliveries with jobsite schedules. Follow up with crews regarding job progress and completion. Communicate jobsite issues and updates to Project Managers and management. Maintain accurate records of crew assignments, work orders, schedules, and job status. Assist with general construction office and production-related tasks when necessary.
