Job Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary point of contact for coordinating production activities across all departments. Collaborate with Engineering, Production, and Erection teams to establish work schedules that support operational requirements and customer commitments. Develop and maintain the master production and project schedule, including production, transportation, and field activities. Provide scheduling information to support project planning and bidding efforts. Participate in pre-production meetings with Sales, Production, and Design & Engineering teams to review project requirements and identify potential scheduling, production, or logistical concerns and distribute three-week look-ahead schedules and daily production packets to support manufacturing operations. Monitor inventory levels of standard production materials and consumables, including sand, aggregate, bearing pads, reinforcing steel, and special-order materials. Coordinate replenishment activities as needed. Prepare and maintain monthly and annual inventory reports. Develop monthly strand usage forecasts and projections to support production planning and material procurement. Coordinate production activities with loading, transportation, erection, and finishing teams to support efficient project execution and on-time delivery. Maintain effective communication and collaboration among departments to support operational goals and project requirements. Document and maintain records of communications with customers, erectors, haulers, and other stakeholders that may affect project schedules or delivery requirements. Perform duties in both office and plant environments and travel to job sites as required. Maintain communication with drivers regarding pickup and delivery schedules, route changes, delays, and roadside issues. Coordinate daily truck deliveries with Coreslab field representatives, transportation providers, and erection crews. Create and maintain shipment records, transportation logs, invoices, and rate confirmations. Coordinate freight movement and transportation schedules, serving as the primary communication link among drivers, shippers, customers, and internal stakeholders. Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
