Route and schedule electrician and maintenance technicians to job sites across the South Florida region, optimizing routes for minimal response time. Answer inbound calls, diagnose emergency versus routine maintenance needs, and provide initial troubleshooting support over the phone. Track parts, materials, and specialty tools needed for daily maintenance tasks. Order necessary supplies to ensure technicians are fully equipped. Minimum of 2 years of experience in service dispatch, scheduling, or a related role within the electrical or construction trades. Basic understanding of electrical schematics, maintenance protocols, and electrical components is highly preferred. Proficiency in dispatching/CMMS software, scheduling tools, and Microsoft Office Suite. Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to manage stressful, dynamic conditions while remaining highly organized.
