Key Responsibilities:

Dispatching Excellence:

Coordinate the timely dispatch of LTL shipments, ensuring efficient scheduling and on-time deliveries.

Customer Air Way Bills:

Create and manage customer airway bills, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations.

Customer Billing:

Manage billing processes with precision, ensuring accurate and timely invoicing for our valued clients.

Warehouse Operations:

Dive into the action with occasional loading and unloading of trucks, keeping the flow of goods moving smoothly.

Qualifications:

Experience:

Demonstrated proficiency in logistics, dispatching, air freight operations, and familiarity with LTL procedures.

Dispatching Skills:

Ability to coordinate multiple shipments simultaneously with an eye for detail.

Air Way Bill Creation:

Knowledge of creating customer airway bills and understanding related regulations.

Billing Expertise:

Understanding of billing systems and processes, ensuring accurate and timely invoicing.

Warehouse Know-How:

Comfort with physical work, including loading and unloading trucks as needed.

CDL Class A:

A CDL Class A license is a plus! The ability to assist with driving when needed is beneficial, but not required.
