The primary focus of each PLCS Associate is to take the stress of travel away from our clients and provide them with a flawless experience as we pay attention to every detail, no matter how large or small the job may be. The ideal candidate will provide administrative support and ensure the smooth running of the operation. Qualifications
  • Prior experience in dispatching or adaptive person
  • Strong critical thinking skills
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in using computer applications such as Microsoft Office Suite
  • Proactive approach to customer service.
  • Must be 21 years or older.
  • Must have previous customer service/office experience - minimum of 5 years.
  • Effective communication skills
  • Schedule flexibility - able to work mornings, nights and weekends.
  • Desire to provide excellent customer service to clients.
  • Multi-tasking skills
  • Meticulous
  • Understand global time zones and be able to effectively understand and use military time.

  • This is an on-site role. Responsibilities
  • You will be responsible for assisting our clients, chauffeur staff, answering questions regarding timing and preferred pick-up directions, and communicating professionally via emails, texts, and chats.
  • The average day is spent working with data entry, answering phones, responding to email, etc.
  • This is a great position for someone who likes day-to-day consistency and providing great customer service.
  • This role is also a fit for someone who can provide consistent output of incredibly detailed, data-driven, work.
  • Deliver high level work with attention to tiny data details.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients.
  • Book and quote client's transportation needs
  • Respond to emails and online chats from clients answering any questions they may have regarding their transportation needs such as pick-up time/directions, vehicles etc.
  • Dispatching/reviewing details of trips with chauffeurs and any special requests.
  • This role plays a critical part in planning, scheduling, and dispatching our customer's reservations, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
  • As the primary point of contact for our valued Independent Contractors, this position is responsible for providing exceptional support to drivers, addressing inquiries, and monitoring chauffeur movement to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Build/Upload chauffeur manifests.
  • Oversee Dispatch
  • Monitor dispatch times and communicate with drivers when necessary.
  • Notify key stakeholders of any service delays.
  • Perform general office duties and assist with pre-shift and post-shift functions.
  • Conduct chauffeur check-ins and provide general customer service.
  • Assist drivers with logging into tablets, completing shift reports, accepting changes and passenger itineraries.
  • Ensure fleet is fueled, cleaned, and departs on time from all scheduled departure locations.
  • Fueling compliance
  • Fuel card oversight and management.
  • Identify and resolve internal and external customer inquiries and requests, problem-solving reservation issues and de-escalating issues when able but elevate through chain of command, as appropriate.
  • Order supplies.
  • Assist with projects during downtimes.
  • Other duties as assigned.
  • This is an in-person position scheduled for 30-40 hours per week, across all 7 calendar days based on business needs.
Weekday hours are approximately 6:00 PM to 2:00 AM, while weekend hours may vary based on operational needs.
