AM What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and/or vendors by managing dispatch communications, access-related requests, and site-specific security-related procedures at a defense-focused location. Respond to incidents, alarms, radio traffic, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, communicating updates to site contacts and/or emergency responders as appropriate. Monitor dispatch systems, phone lines, radios, and/or electronic reporting tools to document activity, relay information, and support timely coordination of security-related resources. Assist with incident intake, call prioritization, and shift activity tracking while maintaining accurate logs, post orders, and other required records. Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter when assigned, with working environments and conditions varying by location.

Minimum Requirements:

Possess 3+ years of combined law enforcement, military, or security-related experience or a college degree. Possess an armed guard card/license. Provide proof of a high school diploma or GED as required by the client. CPR/First Aid certification is preferred and may be completed post hire. Handcuffing certification is preferred. Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. Participate in industry-specific security training programs. Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
