The Dispatcher will be responsible for coordinating daily schedules of Lowboy Drivers, assigning and dispatching vehicles and equipment, and maintaining clear communication with drivers and project teams. The role involves managing logistics, tracking deliveries, resolving scheduling conflicts, and ensuring timely completion of assignments. Collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to optimize operations is an integral part of the job. Position Requirements Strong organizational and time management abilities. Effective communication skills for coordinating between teams and stakeholders. Proficiency in logistics coordination and resource planning. Familiarity with dispatching transportation management systems is a plus. Problem-solving skills and the ability to manage scheduling conflicts effectively. Basic computer skills and knowledge of data entry for tracking and reporting purposes. Previous experience in construction, infrastructure, or transportation industries is an advantage.
