Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a proactive Dispatcher to join our logistics team. The role focuses on coordinating truck transfers, monitoring fleet operations, and ensuring timely, efficient transportation. Candidates with dispatching experience are preferred, but motivated recent graduates with strong computer and communication skills are also welcome. Responsibilities Coordinate truck transfer operations and communicate with trucking companies. Maintain and update truck scheduling spreadsheets accurately. Monitor punctuality, arrival rates, and load efficiency of truck departures. Optimize routes and scheduling costs while ensuring smooth operations. Collaborate with drivers, clients, and 3PL providers for efficient execution. Requirements Fluency in English . Fluency in Spanish or Mandarin is a plus Dispatching or logistics experience preferred ; entry-level candidates considered. Strong computer and Excel skills; familiarity with GIS/GPS a plus. Clear communication, logical thinking, and problem-solving ability. Positive learning attitude, responsible, and able to multitask under pressure. Accept night shift 5pm - 2 am or 8pm-5am
