Full Job Description Schedule:

Must be available for 4, 10-hour shifts per week

Responsibilities:

Schedule and dispatch traffic specialists to job sites based on daily assignments Communicate route changes, delays, or urgent updates to field crews in real time Track job status and ensure timely completion of assignments Track equipment rentals Maintain accurate dispatch logs and records Troubleshoot scheduling conflicts and resolve issues as they arise Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and internal teams as needed

Qualifications:

Prior dispatch, logistics, or scheduling experience preferred Strong communication and multitasking skills Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Familiarity with routing/dispatch software a plus
