Schedule:

Sunday to Wednesday | 6:00 PM

•6:00 AM (Wednesday is a partial day to total 40 hours)

Wednesday to Saturday | 6:00 PM

Data Entry and Customer Service Support

Notify drivers of pick-up and delivery assignments

Will communicate with Drivers and Internal staff on shipments.

Will be required to provide email communication both to internal and external customers. Education Requirements High school diploma or GED required.

Additional customer service, business, or office training is beneficial. Experience Requirements Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to provide professional, courteous, and solution-focused customer service.

Experience using computers, business software, and data entry systems.

Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Commitment to professionalism, accuracy, and customer satisfaction.

Previous Dispatch experience (local trucking / logistics) required

•1 to 2 years minimum

Experience with working overnight shifts

Strong typing skills and Outlook & Excel

Must be able to communicate in English, reading, writing and verbally Preferred Qualifications Previous customer service, call center, retail, office support, or administrative experience is preferred.

Experience working with CRM software, order processing systems, or customer databases is beneficial.

Bilingual communication skills may be considered an asset depending on the position.

Individuals who demonstrate patience, professionalism, adaptability, and excellent communication skills are well positioned for success as a Dispatcher. Physical Capabilities Ability to remain seated or stand for extended periods while assisting customers.

Frequent use of computers, telephones, and standard office equipment.

Ability to communicate clearly with customers, coworkers, and business partners.
