The ideal candidate must be an excellent communicator, multi-tasker, and able to remain calm and composed in a fast-paced environment. The goal is to enable different parties to communicate well by ensuring the accurate and timely transmission of information. Responsibilities Dispatch loads through our TMS to drivers while being aware of DOT hours Track and trace drivers Answering phone calls from drivers throughout the day Identify constantly changing termination locations Address problems and requests by transmitting information or providing solutions Enter data in computer system VI Intermodal) Communicate with dispatch and customer service team members in a timely manner when issues arise Skills Intermodal dispatching preferred Proficient in English (oral and written) Outstanding organizational and multitasking abilities Active listener with excellent communication skills Sound judgement and critical thinking Data entry Spanish speaking a plus
