Responsibilities Dispatch and coordinate dry van and reefer freight efficiently. Assign loads and optimize routes to maximize productivity and profitability. compliance. Track shipments and provide timely updates to customers and brokers. Schedule pickups, deliveries, and appointments. Resolve delivery issues, delays, breakdowns, and service concerns. Work closely with drivers to ensure safe, on-time deliveries. Maintain accurate dispatch records and transportation documentation. Communicate with brokers, shippers, receivers, and internal departments. Utilize TMS, load boards, ELD systems, and GPS tracking software. Assist with driver support, scheduling, and operational planning. Qualifications Minimum 2 years of dispatch experience with Dry Van and Reefer freight (Required) Strong knowledge of

DOT/FMCSA
