Job Description

About us Freedom EMS is a private, Veteran-Owned, non-emergency Ambulance and SMT service. Freedom EMS is looking for a non-emergency dispatcher/call taker. If you are currently a medical dispatcher or former, you will LOVE our schedule and work load: onsite Monday-Friday from approximately 8am-5pm. Applicants should have experience dispatching with TraumaSoft software and must be trustworthy.
Non-emergency dispatcher/call taker:
Assign and close out calls Monitor vehicle status Update off-times Call and communicate with facilities and patients Communicate and assign vehicles and drivers Vehicles and Schedule Problem Solving We are a Veteran owned company that makes hiring our Veterans a priority (although you do not need to be a Veteran to apply or be hired) and we are an equal opportunity employer. •This Full-time position qualifies for: Group Health Plan (with dental and vision available)- We pay 50% of employee medical premium Life Insurance 401k with company match PTO (Paid Time Off) Paid Sick Days Our company is known for our outstanding culture and positive treatment of employees.
