Pay, Schedule, and Location Starting at $18/hour Excellent benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision Located in Minooka, IL Duties and Responsibilities Maintain and track documentation related to assigned carrier loads, rates, and fees Track cost savings across transportation lanes and analyze vendor performance Monitor costs associated with newly onboarded vendors by lane Audit TruckMate system data and report discrepancies Pull and analyze reports from transportation management systems (TMW) Track purchase orders using internal portals Support financial reporting across multiple warehouse locations Assist with supply chain impact planning using system tools and reporting platforms Support various financial and operational projects as assigned Requirements and Qualifications 1-2 years of accounting or financial experience required Experience with transportation management systems (TruckMate) preferred Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel Excellent organizational and time management skills Ability to meet strict deadlines and manage multiple priorities Strong communication skills with the ability to interact across all levels of the organization Team-oriented with a collaborative mindset -- (Salary range based on experience) -- ABOUT
