Type:
full-time Jovic Inc., a family-owned trucking company operating since 2008, is expanding - and we're looking for a strong Carrier Dispatcher who knows the industry and knows how to move freight efficiently. If you understand lanes, rates, DOT/ELD compliance, and how to keep trucks loaded and profitable, we want to talk to you. This is not an entry-level role - we're looking for someone who can step in, take ownership, and execute.
What You'll Do:
Secure freight and build solid customer/broker relationships Dispatch and manage trucks to maximize utilization and revenue Ensure full DOT and ELD compliance Communicate directly with drivers to improve performance and efficiency Solve problems quickly and keep freight moving without excuses
What We Expect:
