$26.00/Hr Job Summary Monitors, dispatches, and balances work orders for field personnel. Responds to information requests and provides seamless communication between customer service representatives, management, and field technicians. Essential Functions Answer telephone calls and perform call-ahead requests for field technicians. Receive and dispatch non-emergency work orders to support daily and emergency operations. Dispatch orders utilizing mobile data and dispatching software solutions. Monitor, route, and document work orders to service technicians; review backlogged work orders. Coordinate daily operational requirements between internal and external stakeholders. Resolve scheduling concerns between the call center, customers, and supervision to achieve optimum efficiency. Act as a liaison between the organization, customers, and local governmental agencies during emergency situations. Qualifications Education High School Diploma or GED required. ExperienceRequired:
Minimum of 1 year of experience with SAP, a mobile data dispatching system, or equivalent dispatching experience.Required:
Experience supporting utility, field service, or distribution operations.Required Technical Skills:
Proficiency in Microsoft Suite (specifically Excel, Outlook, and Teams).Preferred Skills:
Experience with Service Suite, SAP. Work ScheduleStructure:
Three 10-hour shifts and one 8-hour shift per week (consistent schedule throughout the contract with one rotating weekend shift).Available Shifts:
Morning Shift (05:00- 16:00 | 06:00
